Group work is where this really comes alive

Group work is where my coaching really comes alive for me.

In individual sessions, we can go deep into your specific patterns, your history, your emotional process. In a group, that same work is amplified—because now you’re not just working in your own experience, you’re in relationship with others who are doing the same.

What I’ve seen over and over again is that people come in thinking they’re here to work on one thing… and then find themselves deeply impacted by someone else’s process. There’s a kind of synergy that happens in a group that you just can’t recreate one-on-one. You start to see yourself in other people. You realize you’re not alone. And something opens up from that.

We start by creating safety and connection. Most people don’t realize how much they’ve been missing that until they actually experience it. There’s often a moment early on where it clicks—oh, these people actually get it. That alone can create a level of relief and openness that’s hard to find in everyday life.

From there, the work deepens. You’re not just talking about your patterns—you’re seeing them play out in real time, in relationships. You get to practice something different. You get to stay present when things feel vulnerable. You get to be seen without having to perform or hide parts of yourself.

There’s space for real emotional expression here—and more importantly, space for that expression to be witnessed and held. That’s where a lot of the shift happens. Not just in what you understand, but in what you actually experience.

For a lot of people, this is the missing piece.

It can feel exciting, vulnerable, even intense at times—but underneath all of it is a sense of: this is working. A place where you can take the mask off, be fully yourself, and find that not only is it okay—it’s actually what creates the connection you’ve been looking for.

This is where insight becomes experience

This is experiential, relational work focused on real transformation—not just goals or insights.

We don’t stay at the level of talking about your life. We get underneath it—into the emotional and nervous system patterns that actually drive your behavior. That’s where change happens.

A lot of what we do is supported by approaches you may have heard of (parts work, emotion-focused work, somatic processing), but I’m not trying to fit you into a framework. The frameworks just help describe something more fundamental: learning to feel what’s there, stay with it, and integrate it so it stops running you from the background.

In practice, that looks like:

·      Real-time work. Patterns show up in the room—in conversation, in connection, in conflict—and we work with them as they happen.

·      Guided experiential exercises. Not lectures. Things like parts work, role play, and focused processes that help you access and move through what’s actually there.

·      Emotional completion + witnessing. You’re not cut off or redirected mid-process. There’s space for emotions to fully move—and to be seen and held, which is where a lot of integration happens.

·      Integration into real life. What comes up in the group doesn’t stay in the group. We connect it back to your relationships, your decisions, and how you live day-to-day.

There’s a structure to the work, but it’s not rigid. Each group evolves based on what’s actually happening with the people in it.

If you’ve done a lot of personal growth work already, this tends to feel different pretty quickly. Less about learning something new—and more about finally experiencing what you already know in a way that sticks.
