Most of the people I work with aren’t starting from scratch—and if you’re here, you probably aren’t either. You’ve already put in the time—therapy, groups, workshops, personal growth work. You understand your patterns. You can name what’s going on. And still, something isn’t fully shifting.

I can relate to that. I’ve been in that place where you know so much about yourself, and yet your life doesn’t quite reflect it. There’s a gap between what you understand and how things actually feel day to day. You’ve made progress, but there’s an “almost” quality—like you’re close, but not quite there. That’s the space I work in.

I’m not here to give you more information or another framework to learn. You’ve probably already done enough of that. What I offer is a space where you can access what’s already there and actually experience it in a way that sticks. Insight matters—but not just as an idea. It has to land in your body, your emotions, your real life.

In our work together, I’ll meet you in a real, present-moment conversation. Sometimes I’ll challenge you. Sometimes I’ll be quiet and let you find it for yourself. We’ll use parts work, somatic awareness, and emotional processing to get underneath the patterns that are still running the show—not by analyzing them endlessly, but by experiencing them directly and allowing something new to emerge.

What you can expect

  • Clarity that actually lands. Not just more insight—but the kind where something clicks and you don’t keep circling the same thing. You’ll notice you respond differently in real situations, without having to force it.

  • A direct experience of your patterns. We don’t just talk about what’s happening—we slow it down and work with it in real time. You’ll start to catch yourself as it’s happening, understand which part of you is driving it, and choose differently—while building real trust in your own judgment instead of constantly looking outside yourself for answers.

  • Parts work + somatic awareness. You’ll start to recognize different parts of you as they show up, understand what’s happening in your nervous system, and build a relationship with it—not trying to control or fix it, but actually working with it in real time.

  • Emotional range and expression. We don’t just talk about emotions—you’ll actually feel and move through them, with me there holding the space for it. You’ll get better at noticing what’s there in real time, staying with it without shutting down or overanalyzing, and expressing it cleanly. Clients often notice they’re less afraid of their own emotions, recover faster from triggers, and have access to feelings (like anger, grief, or joy) that used to be blocked.

  • Integration, not just breakthroughs. We turn what comes up in session into something you can actually live—simple structure, real-world follow-through, and support that keeps the change from fading. Less big “aha” moments that go nowhere, more steady, lasting shifts.

  • A steady, honest relationship. I’ll meet you directly—no sugarcoating, no disappearing when things get real. You’ll be supported, challenged when needed, and not left alone in the process.

  • Connection—to yourself and others. As things integrate, you’ll notice it in your relationships: clearer communication, less reactivity, fewer people-pleasing patterns, and more ease being yourself. You start choosing—and creating—healthier dynamics, not repeating the same ones.
